Amazing 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms condo with elevator in the community of Bella Piazza! This condo is located in the third floor.

Master bedroom offers King bed and TV with direct access to the balcony; very spacious with an oversized mirror, en-suite bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and separate garden tub. The second and third bedroom comes with 2 twin beds in each bedroom. Bella Piazza is a lovely resort style community offering two main pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, clubhouse, business center and gym. Close to a shopping plaza with Publix and restaurants. Disney World is only 20 minutes away and Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes to the condo.

Come with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by excitement!

No Pets in special exotic dogs like pitbull, subject to fail may cause a HOA violation up to $500.
No smoking or Vaping
No parking of vehicles likes boats, trailers or vehicles larger than 1 parking spot

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Beautiful home! Loved the area it was located in and the house was super clean and comfortable.

Spacious apartment in a peaceful, quiet community, with pools, gym. Great location even for Disney trips. All the restaurants and shopping you need are conveniently in the area. Perfect for families!
