This beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms condo is located in the Laguna Bay. It is only 20 minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World and 15 miles from Universal Studios. Located just minutes away from the restaurants and attractions on the 192 Highway. SeaWorld is only 12 miles from the resort and the Old Town Amusement Park is 15 minutes’ drive away. This second floor unit has a lot of natural sunlight coming in through the high window in the great room area. The unit features a great room plan with cathedral ceiling in the living room. The community features a pool, spa, playground, an area with a BBQ grill and tennis courts, club house with work out room and pool table.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place fourteen (14) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Security deposit is waived by purchasing Property Protection Fee (PPF).

Angie was a great host. It looks exactly like the pictures. I shared the room with two of my friends, and they really liked this room. The only thing was that the lights were flickering in the bathroom, but it didn't bother us. But, it was very clean and spacious. The living room was good to watch movies, play games, etc. Angie replied quickly if we had any questions. We could even ship things to the house as long as we were in the house. The kitchen was good to use, and the dishwasher was great to use. Silverware and plates are provided! I would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

The location is perfect for getting to Disney and Orlando, but not being too close. Check-in directions were super simple as well. Super cute house; just make sure to bring your own towels if you’re there for a week or have more than three people staying with you. Would definitely stay here again!
