Cancellation Policy
Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place fourteen (14) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
Security deposit is waived by purchasing Property Protection Fee (PPF).

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Our party loved the gated community and the private pool. Rental is about 30-40 mins away from Disney Springs and CityWalk. Area is beautiful, would definitely book again!

This place is just like the pictures and the beds are super comfortable! We used them all! The pool was actually pretty warm without being heated! A total perk! The host was amazing with communication. The location was about 20 min away from Disney and was great as the reason for the time was traffic on 4 and it wasn’t that far mileage wise. The property is super clean and well cared for! The price was perfect, as hotels are more expensive. We highly recommend this location for any Disney vacation!

The location was about 20 minutes from Disney World these parks which was so convenient for us! Overall we enjoyed everything. I highly recommend this property.
