Amazing modern private 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms townhome is located at Villas at Island Club!! This home has amazing modern décor that going to make you feel like home away from home.
Comes with a master room with a King bed and TV. Second room is a queen bed with a Tv as well and our last but certainly not least our third bedroom with a bunk bed, twin and full.
Villas at Island Club is a gated resort that offers guests two clubhouses with game rooms and internet, two heated swimming pools, two fitness centers, a sand volleyball court, a tennis court, children's playground and BBQ area. The pool area features reclining loungers, tables with umbrellas and wireless internet.
Villas at Island Club is approximately 8 minutes from Disney World and 15-20 minutes from Universal and Sea World. It is surrounded by a number of restaurants and shopping opportunities. There is also a super Wal-Mart two miles away.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place fourteen (14) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Security deposit is waived by purchasing Property Protection Fee (PPF).

This unit met my expectations. I liked that the flooring was all hard surfaces, no carpet. It felt clean and welcoming and had what we needed as far as kitchen and bath supplies. Angie was very responsive in all communications. A couple annoyances would be that the toilets required at least two flushes to clean everything out and that the main bedroom’s light/fan work on one switch. We couldn’t find a way to use one function without the other. It must need a remote to control the two functions. This wasn’t a big deal and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, just simply annoying.

Used this as a home base for a long weekend golf trip. Place was perfect for those needs and could have accommodated more people without issue (was just 2 of us). Clean, in order and convenient to anything on the west side of Orlando. Host response were lightning fast and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.

Great place to stay . Me and my family traveled for our flag football tournament and the commute was nice and easy house was cozy clean and exactly what we pictured . The kids room was great and the toys were a plus !! Extra starsssss . Me & my family would definitely book again .
