Beautiful vacation home in Paradise Palms. Super close to the club house and lovely view overlooking conservation. Professionally decorated 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, really spacious home with covered lanai and private pool. Paradise Palms location beats any new construction too. Only a few minutes to all restaurants and shopping, less than 10 min. to Disney Parks. PARADISE PALMS RESORT amenities include resort style pools, fitness, tennis, volleyball, game room, movie theater, Tiki bar, convenience store and much more.
Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.
Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place fourteen (14) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
Security deposit is waived by purchasing Property Protection Fee (PPF).

The house is very nice we enjoyed our stay there, very quiet community. Recommend very strongly if you need a rental property this is the perfect place with a really good price. I would definitely stay there again. Host was extremely nice and made sure everything was taken care of promptly.

The house is more spacious than it appears on the photos. It’s nice and the host is very helpful. She addresses any questions or concerns promptly. You can park two cars in the driveway but we were instructed to park any additional vehicles in the spots that don’t have a number on them. This home get our families stamp of approval.
