This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals for the family and friends. The first room comes with a King bed. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and last but not least the third bedroom with a bunk bed twin over a twin. There is a perfect view of the gorgeous lake with a nice porch and also an amazing gazebo where you can see all of the nature and wildlife! It is a home for everyone!!!

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place fourteen (14) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Security deposit is waived by purchasing Property Protection Fee (PPF).

Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones. Angie contesto todas mis dudas desde el principio. Las instrucciones tanto al check in cómo al check out fueron claras. La casa estaba reluciente de limpia y es tal cual cómo aparece en las fotos. Sin duda volvería a pasar mis vacaciones allí 🙂
