This short term beautifully furnished vacation house in Kissimmee features five spacious bedrooms with five separate baths along with an outside private pool and secluded sundeck. The two story house offers all the luxurious space a family needs to enjoy themselves on vacation, including two bedrooms with private baths on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed.
The sparkling kitchen on the main floor features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an abundance of updated cooking ware, a breakfast bar, a comfortable dining table area in an open floorplan connected to the large living area.
Upstairs guests will find an additional three bedrooms fitted with private baths and a bedding from a king bed to a queen and one room is perfect for the children with a twin bed and a full bed.
The private pool area in the back is ideal for soaking and relaxing after a lovely day of fun at one of the Disney Parks or Universal Studio. Choosing this popular resort community with plenty of free amenities makes this short term vacation rental a great idea for family and friends.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

I had a wonderful stay I felt so at home and Angie was the perfect host

Great house for a large group. Only downside was couch was super uncomfortable so none of us could relax on it after parks. But rooms were spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay again simply because it could accommodate so many people. Don’t try messing around with check out either, cleaning people were right outside as we walked out at 10am! We appreciate the hosts hospitality!

Wow! My friends and I really enjoyed this place! It was perfect for our Orlando stay. Place was beautiful and spacious. Lots of amenities to do in the community and close to the parks. Would def stay again.
She was great at responding back. She was really great at doing her best to provide anything that we had an issue with. I’m realistic and I know that sometimes things can’t happen overnight. My overall stay was amazing. I would rent again. My kids had an amazing time with both pools, arcade, and the movie theater. The staff from the property were also amazing. Thank you all for making our vacation even better with your friendliness. Would recommend others to stay here!!!!!
