Amazing 4/2 house situated in the popular gated community of Crystal Cove.
The master bedroom has an en-suite master bedroom with a door that leads on to the lanai, the master bathroom has 2 sinks and a separate shower and bathtub. Home comes with a second en-suite bedroom, there are also 2 further bedrooms and a third bathroom. The living area is very spacious with laminate flooring to gather with the family for a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for the entire family. There is also a screen enclosed which faces west so benefits from the afternoon and evening sun.
There is also an outdoor BBQ for entertaining in style.
Crystal Cove resort is a new gated community. It is just 15 minutes from Disney attractions and close to the shops and restaurants in the area. It is also convenient for golf nearby. Cancellation Policy
Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place fourteen (14) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Security deposit is waived by purchasing Property Protection Fee (PPF).

FANTASTIC LOCATION AND SUPER SPACIOUS!!! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had enough space for the whole family. ! We enjoyed a large breakfast each day before heading out. Beds were not super comfy, but all the positives outweighed this for us..... we would stay again!!

Great Stay! Nice and clean, very comfy and nice pool. I recommend getting the heated pool package because for us the pool was like 78°. Along with that Wi-Fi didn’t work on the cell phones or work computer, but tvs worked fine. All in all a great stay 5Stars, perfect for a get away

The home was perfect size and great space and amenities! With our three daughters , plenty to do and keep busy while we enjoyed ourselves. HOA of the neighborhood itself had very specific rules which caught family visiting off guard as there car was going to be towed for blocking the side walk. Yet the best hostess experience we have ever had as far as the home and needs of our family. We will definitely look to book with Angie again! Thank you for the beautiful home away from our home!
