The place was great, homey and spacious, I have a few suggestions though. It would be convenient for guest to have extra face towels, toilet tissue, more cooking utilities like kitchen towels for getting hot pans from the oven, a larger bottle of dish wash liquid, paper towels, bug spray, because there where several huge cock roaches and spiders inside the home. But overall the house was a comfortable stay for me and my family

Angie airbnb was amazing. Very clean, private, and spacious. The private pool was great and the beds were comfortable. Check in was smooth and communication was great. The home had everything we needed. The area was beautiful. 4 nights there and didnt want to leave. If you want to rent the grill for $56 tell her in advance like a month before arrival. Pool was clean. Everything was perfect. Wifi was also easy to connect. My husband, mother, and kids were amazed.

This house was perfect for my girls trip to Orlando. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, which is gated and staffed with security. We felt very comfortable and safe here. The house was in a great location for a trip to Disney. It was about a 15 minute Lyft ride to the parks. We did go to downtown Orlando a few times and this was a hike, about 35 minutes. The house was very spacious for my 6 guests but would very easily and comfortably fit more. Having our own private pool was great. We visited in late April and found the water to be a bit chilly but comfortable. The only drawback we had was that the house did not come stocked with supplies such as paper towels and basic cleaning supplies. We did have one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one large trash bag, and one roll of paper towels. This was not enough and we needed to purchase our own supplies at the store. The house did supply towels but if you’re picky, I’d recommend bringing your own. There is access to a washer and dryer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others!

We stayed at Famosa Villa to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday and it was perfect for our family (8 adults total). The proximity to Disney World can’t be beat if that is part of your travel plans in Orlando, and one of the best parts of this house for us as we went to Disney Springs one afternoon/evening and spent another day in Epcot. For a large group, I would recommend going to the WalMart (~1 mile away) upon arrival to pick up additional staples like toilet paper and paper towels so you are are set for your stay! The house was clean and well appointed. Angie’s communication from booking and throughout our stay was top notch, and she was helpful with all of my questions, and anything requiring attention was promptly addressed! Highly recommend.

Stayed a few days to visit theme parks and this home is located just minutes from all of them! Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Everything you need is minutes away. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops... all nearby. The property is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. Will definitely be saving to favorites for future visits!

All the tvs have access to view local news, youtube and log into Netflix/Disney+, etc. You have all you need in the kitchen! The breakfast area and bar area is perfect for a large group to eat in one place. You will hear cars/trucks go buy as the back of the house is off a busy street but overall, this place was the perfect getaway. If available, we do plan to book again. Thank you!"

“This house is beautiful and perfectly located for a Disney trip being just minutes away from World Drive and the main gate. The house is in a quite gated community that is right off of Route 192 and minutes away from a Wal-Mart to the east and a Super Target to the west so getting household items is very easy. There is also an abundance of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. As I said earlier in this review, World Drive which is the main entrance to the Disney parks is just a few miles away and Universal Studios is 17 miles north via I-4. The house itself is very trendy and modern with nice furniture and Roku TVs in all five bedrooms in addition to the living room and game room. The game room itself has two gaming chairs in front of the TV and a small stand to put your video game on if you bring one. There are also air hockey, basketball , and a foosball games there. The kitchen has stainless appliances and most of the utensils and day-to-day items you would need. There is a Mr. Coffee maker . The pool area has a table and four chairs if you want to have lunch outside and an adjacent sectional with a coffee table for your morning coffee. The pool itself is clean and well tended.Very good host and she was very responsive to all my needs. All-in-all, it’s a beautiful house in a very good location with a very good host. My family is looking forward to going back next year.”
