KISSIMMEE COMMUNITIES ZONED FOR SHORT- TERM RENTALS

ZONED

There is no bigger disappointment than investing in a vacation rental home, and then realizing that renting this property short term is impossible due to its zoning. Why? If the home is not zoned for short-term rentals, a Local Tax Collector will not issue a proper license required for renting the property. Believe it or not, our property management office is receiving management inquiries from the owners, whose properties are gorgeous, but sadly not zoned for short-term rentals. Below we publish a list of Kissimmee communities. If you do not see your community name below, your property may not be zoned for a vacation rental. We are hopeful that this information will be a helpful tool for all real estate buyers, real estate agents, and homeowners who are considering renting their Kissimmee properties.
