Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Very beautiful place! Very kid friendly for my two toddlers. The pool was amazing and private. House was very clean and set up nice! I didn’t even want to leave of how at home I felt. Will definitely be booking again.
