Fully Furnished 3 bed 2 bath, quiet, gorgeous and spacious, Located just a few steps to Clubhouse with Community Pool and many other amenities. Free to enjoy community resort-style pool, a full arcade/game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, a movie theater room, convenience store, BBQ/picnic areas, playground, and tiki bar. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and Central Florida tourist attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Me & my family had a bad experience prior to this house onces I open the door to this apartment I felt right at home and felt better about my stay at Florida the only thing I wish I would have read that was in the third floor because coming from the parks having to go up third floor not my thing? but over all apartment was beautiful comfortable & pretty clean thank you for having us.
