Higher Retreat

The house is beautiful and perfect for families with kids. Our only issue was miscommunication with respect to the pool heating. I would stay here again but I’m not sure paying for pool heat was worth it. All in all though, a good experience.

La casa es como se ve en las fotos o mejor. Muy cómoda para 8 personas (inclusive hasta 10 podrían dormir sin problemas). La distribución de la casa es perfecta. 4 habitaciones (2 de ellas con TV), 3 baños (uno de ellos con jacuzzi), pileta, gran cocina totalmente equipada, gran comedor y un living amplio y más que cómodo. La casa estaba impecable cuando llegamos. El wi-fi es perfecto y tiene aires y calefacción centralizados. La ubicación es a unos 40 minutos de Universal y a unos 30 de Disney. Hay un Walmart a unos 8 minutos y un Publix frente al barrio al igual que una estación de servicio, un Cvs y otros locales. El acceso a la casa es sencillo y el barrio es muy tranquilo, hermoso y facil de llegar. La comunicación con Angie fue fluida y muy buena. Sin dudas volvería y la recomiendo 100 x 100!!! La casa es un 10 en todo sentido

Our Vacation was wonderful and staying at Angie’s place made it even better very nice and a great place to vacation!

Can’t say enough great things about this place. The thoughtful details, the clean home and the decor was just unbelievable. Every little part was perfect. Just snow go dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels and anything else you could need! Fully loaded kitchen. Anyone coming after us, sorry if you smell maple bacon! We had an awesome breakfast every morning and she included all the cookware and appliances you would need. Thank you for such an incredible space for our vacation. This was 10/10 and will DEFINITELY be booking again!

Angie’s place was amazing! Very clean and had everything you need. She even had new toothbrushes in the bathroom if needed (we had our own) We loved that there were toys for our 3 year old to play with, board games, as well as a cooler and some items for the beach or park. We would definitely recommend staying here! We did not use the pool this time as we went out to Universal/disney and other places, but it looks great and clean. Very responsive host, takes care of her place and sets you up better than all the other places we’ve been. Thank you!

The villa was in the perfect location for us with easy access to the parks and other attractions. It was just a described online and Angie was always quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Will definitely look to rebook.

We was in town for a small getaway 6 ladies we did a girls trip at the last minute and this was the perfect spot and we really enjoyed our few days of relaxation I would recommend this spot

we stayed at this house for three days and absolutely loved it. The house is very spacious with high ceilings, which gives it an open and airy feel, yet it’s also warm and cozy at the same time. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. a great combination of comfort and space — ideal for both families and groups of friends.

Angie was a great host! Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The house was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and yard were perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book with Angie again in the future!

Very responsive

Beautiful home, will definitely recommend. Looks better than pictures. Will be back in the summer for a longer stay. Kids absolutely loved this place. Everything you can think of to use in the kitchen to cook, weather was a little cold for the pool for me, but kids did not mind and enjoyed the pool, I myself relaxed in the tub in master bedroom fits 2 people comfortably. I can go on and on and oh the best part was the price, can’t beat that price for what you get.

I enjoyed my stay

Angie was really receptive to our requests. She finds solutions when something goes wrong. It's great to communicate with. The house is spotless and identical to the photos. Hoping to have the opportunity to return!

It was a lovely place and we found everything perfect! the host was attentive and responsive to our questions! We look forward to having the opportunity to stay at this place again!

I don’t even know where to start. This was by far a great location. The house was clean. Everything we needed was at the home. Lots of towels everything you could think of in the kitchen. Everything was just great. The house had everything that you wouldn’t even think of. I’m always getting vacation homes in the Davenport area but I think this one has been the best so far. I have to keep saying it had everything that was needed. Cooler, toys for the kids, pool items, umbrellas, rain coats, beach umbrella, first aid kit, and the list just goes on & on. Definitely 10/10 I do recommend!
