Property Details

This 4/3 vacation home is located at Highland Reserve with a Community Golf Course. This is the perfect great looking single-story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel like home. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV to enjoy a movie night with family and friends. Our dining seat up to 8 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare great meals!!
The bedroom #1 comes with a King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. The bedroom #2 is a Queen bed with a TV with a modern green and beige decoration. The Bedroom #3 comes with two twin beds and an amazing modern decoration and last but not least our last bedroom #4 comes with a bunk bed.

Located in a prime location in the Davenport area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park.

Please note, that the AC temperature cannot be set up lower than 72 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
No street parking there will be a violation fine from HOA.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
BBQ grill and pool heat are an additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed
less than 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Beautiful home, will definitely recommend. Looks better than pictures. Will be back in the summer for a longer stay. Kids absolutely loved this place. Everything you can think of to use in the kitchen to cook, weather was a little cold for the pool for me, but kids did not mind and enjoyed the pool, I myself relaxed in the tub in master bedroom fits 2 people comfortably. I can go on and on and oh the best part was the price, can’t beat that price for what you get.

Angie was really receptive to our requests. She finds solutions when something goes wrong. It's great to communicate with. The house is spotless and identical to the photos. Hoping to have the opportunity to return!

I don’t even know where to start. This was by far a great location. The house was clean. Everything we needed was at the home. Lots of towels everything you could think of in the kitchen. Everything was just great. The house had everything that you wouldn’t even think of. I’m always getting vacation homes in the Davenport area but I think this one has been the best so far. I have to keep saying it had everything that was needed. Cooler, toys for the kids, pool items, umbrellas, rain coats, beach umbrella, first aid kit, and the list just goes on & on. Definitely 10/10 I do recommend!
