Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

The minimum age required is 18.

Pool Heat is an additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
BBQ Is available - grill - $50/per stay plus taxes
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Surveillance cameras outside the property.
Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
NO landline phone is provided
Need to park on opposite of the road and do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk.
Guests are required to pay a $20 parking pass per car the day of the arrival at the clubhouse

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

My family and I had an amazing time! She helped and adjusted all our needs to help us have a great family gathering. She was very fast with responding and all instructions clear. Home was exactly as pictured! We would definitely come back !

house was great the half bath toilet seat was broke but we didn't us it so I didn't worry about it and dishes were greasy so had to wash them before use and pool sticks tips were gone so couldn't play pool but the swimming pool and spa pool was amazing clean and warm

The house looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean upon arrival. It’s located in a nice neighborhood, close to plenty of stores and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
