Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Absolutely! Here's a more enthusiastic version of your message: "We had an amazing time at this place—everything was just perfect! The community pool was a big hit with both the kids and the adults. Angie made everything super easy with her clear instructions before our arrival, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was the ideal spot to celebrate my 8-year-old’s birthday with his friend. Huge thanks to Angie for being such a fantastic host and sharing such a wonderful property. We loved every minute of our stay and have zero complaints!

We have stayed at other units within Storey Lake resort before with different hosts and always had some confusion checking in, but Angie knew exactly what we needed and communicated well, which made everything seamless and efficient! This unit was clean with plenty of towels. The only negative issue we had was beyond the control of the host. Unfortunately on 2 out of the 4 nights that we stayed, we had extremely loud and obnoxious neighbors that were causing disturbances well past the quiet hours. There was a loud party happening in the unit beside ours. Then there were people shooting fireworks from the house across from ours. I googled the number to security and they were kind & accommodating and agreed it was unacceptable behavior. About 30 minutes later the noise finally stopped and we could go to sleep. I only mention this because it might help future guests know what to expect if in the same situation. Overall we would definitely stay again and hope for more courteous neighbors.
