This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a private pool is ideally located near Disney and all major attractions. The open floor plan features a living-dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. Elegant tile floors and exquisite finishing touches adorn the interior, making it feel like a true home away from home.

The spacious game room includes a pool table, foosball, and a basketball hoop. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The first bedroom boasts a king bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds.

The highlight of this home is the custom pool area with an extra-large pool and spa, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views from the expansive deck. The outdoor space is complete with stylish furniture and a BBQ, ideal for entertaining while enjoying the natural surroundings.

Located just 15 minutes from Disney attractions and close to local shops and restaurants, this home is also convenient for nearby golf courses. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, exercise room, and gated entry.

Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Only 2 cars can be parked on driveway and no street parking is allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

"This location was very beautiful me and the children really enjoyed ourselves we couldn’t get them to stay out the pool LOL that was a plus for them the pool being available the house was very clean nice size comfortable very convenient location it was 20 to 25 minutes away from Disney World and Universal Studios so we didn’t have to drive too far a lot of local restaurants and stores Walmart etc. in the area overall it was a pleasant stay definitely will visit again thanks for everything."
