Magic Village Yards is a Gated Community with a luxurious Clubhouse, It offer amazing amenities such as, 24 Hours Concierge, Restaurant, Fitness Center, Play Room, outdoor heated Pool and Hot Tub. In ADDITION to having UNFORGETTABLE VACATIONS with family and friends IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

BBQ grill is an additional fee.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
The use of Community charge $100.00 daily for pool use and the gym.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

This place was amazing. It’s like a great clean hotel room with lots more space. Hot tub on the patio and the pool about 10ft away. Sitting on the back patio or balcony was filled with a great view and water sounds from the lake. So relaxing.

This place is EVERYTHING! I loved the location, space and comfort. The hot tub was the perfect touch for the chilly Halloween weekend. I would advise you to bring some extra wash items but besides that everything was beautiful! Would most definitely book again !

Absolutely wonderful experience! More then we all expected when we arrived. Location is great close to not only Disney but anything else you may need on your trip. Home was very clean and sanitized. Overall very easy check in and out. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. Looking forward to our next stay!
