Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Pasamos un fin de semana largo ESPECTACULAR!!!!! La casa nos encantó, la localidad para ir a los parques de Disney a 15min. La casa super comoda para mi Familia de 7. La casa y la piscina estaban limpia. Nos arrepentimos mucho de no haber solicitado agua caliente para la piscina por que definitivamente había que meterse. Definitivamente de regresar a vacacional en el area trataremos de hacerlo en esta casa nuevamente. Estamos super satisfechos con el lugar y el servicio.

The place was honestly good, very peaceful and we all felt safe. There was just minor inconvenience but nothing major at all. Would definitely stay here again, the house was nice and cozy.
