This Amazing 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms townhome is located in the desired & gated community of Terra Verde!! This home has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, amazing bedrooms. First bedroom included a king bed, private bathroom and tv. Second bedroom included a queen bed with tv. On our third bedroom you will be transported to Disney fantasia Mickey theme with 2 twin beds and a tv. Tropical beach theme all over the house. Terra Verde is extremely well maintained and offers all the amenities of a resort community including 24-hour security, pool, spa, basketball, volleyball, gym and more! Lake view!!!!!
By the club house we have a car charger.

It is only few minutes drive from Walt Disney World and from Universal Studios. Located just minutes away from the restaurants and attractions on the 192 Highway. SeaWorld is only few miles from the resort and the Old Town Amusement Park is 20 minutes’ drive away. The resort style pools and clubhouse are surrounded by the village style vacation homes, giving you the best of both worlds. Guest will be able to use and enjoy the amenities with all the family!!

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

Office hours 7 days a week from 9am to10pm.
There is a fee of $25 per car pass, this payment has to be made at the security gate, the fee is mandatory upon check-in to the resort at the clubhouse.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

This location is 19 minutes away from Disney World and 26 minutes from Vineyard Outlet. We are 32 minutes away from Volcano bay.

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

From before check in to after checkout everything ran smooth. Seriously took a huge weight off our shoulders. Vacations are stressful and this booking completely eliminated a good chunk of it. Close to restaurants and grocery stores but off the beaten path so it was quiet.

The place was very beautiful! Very clean. We loved that it had 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful patio area. Close to Disney and universal studios. If we visit Orlando again, then we would definitely return to this location, if available.

I loved the location. I wouldn't say I liked it when I got to the house; it smelled like weed. But we opened the windows, and the smell eased a lot. Cleaning issue: I prefer not to judge because I own a cleaning Bussines so I will judge with a clinical eye. But I can say cleaner than many hotels. I loved the experience of having stayed at this place and will rent it again.
