Property Details

This 4/3 vacation home is located at Sandy Ridge Community, a great looking single story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel like home.
The bedrooms consist of Room #1 A King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. The bedroom #2 is a King bed with a TV. Bedroom #3 is our Mickey theme and comes with two twin beds. Bedroom #4 is our Minion theme and comes with two twin beds.
The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV with a view to the pool area.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a regular coffee pot, blender, pots, and pans, dishwasher, flatware, wine glasses, plenty of dishes, knives, etc. etc., etc...

Laundry facilities are included
Free WI-FI

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
NO landline phone is provided

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed
less than 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Host is very responsive, this is the easiest check in process I’ve had in a Airbnb experience. Very detailed description on what to do and when to do it. Rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. If I have to the chance to book here again I will. Thank you

The house has a nice size clean pool, very refreshing on a hot summer day. The drive to the Disney parks was under 20 mins. Just up the street from a dollar general and Publix plaza around the corner.

Me and my wife had a great time at Angie's place. Had everything my wife wanted lots of space she was very communicative!! Disney wasn't far either great restaurants lots of things to do will book again next time in town I would definitely recommend!!! She has a beautiful place!!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für unsere Familie! Auf Nachfragen und Bitten wurde zeitnah reagiert. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Man gelangt relativ schnell nach Orlando, in die Disney- und Universal-Parks und hat viele Malls zum Shoppen in der Nähe. Auch zur Space-Coast ist es nicht zu weit zu fahren.

Great location 20-25 mins (depending traffic)from basically everything in Orlando. House was just as described more then enough room for my 3 kids and I. The kids loved the pool n the foosball table. Angie was great with communicating with everything, would totally stay again.

The house was exceptionally clean and neat. Amenities were great. Everything was as it should be and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Angie was great as everything I asked she was quick to respond to (and there wasn't much I needed to ask). Would recommend this to a family wanting to enjoy the area and it's many attractions. Close to a whole bunch of things and very convenient to grocery stores, dollar stores, etc. Thanks Angie

Thanks for the stay your home, it was delightful. Pool is splendid. House stayed nice and cool. Beds are wonderful. Layout is great for a large family with plenty of room.. Close to many shopping àreas. The only issue is if you don't have a 5G Iphone you will not get any service in that area. l am not a phone junky so it didn't bother me too much. Thank you

Great place to stay !!! Literally close to everything. We didn’t have to spend much time in traffic, we got to enjoy theme parks, shopping and the pool. Was one of the best places. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
