Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Excellent location for a Disney vacation and the unit was plenty big for the 6 of us. The unit location was walkable to the common pool area which the pictures showed and the units own private pool was great after a long Disney day. Couple things to improve on is the downstairs king mattress is way too thin and the thermostat only goes to 72 which for us is not low enough for sleeping.

This will be my go to place whenever visiting the Orlando area. The home is spacious but yet intimate. The host provided clear and simple instructions. I did not have to reach out to her for anything. The house, linen and furniture was all spotless. The home is right by the front community pool which was amazing. This was perfect for us because after a long day of my son’s football games we didn’t have to leave the community for some fun. The staff there are very friendly and the food and drinks were amazing.

Upon arrival I was glad to see we picked the perfect spot! Had everything you needed. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Pool was great for the kids and we really enjoyed the pools that were located close to the townhome. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe! For a party of 5 we had plenty of room plus more. I would definitely book with Angie again.
