Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written notice to the Homeowner within more than six (6) days prior to the Check-in Date. ALL monitory deposits received by the Homeowner shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place five (5) or less days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable.

Great Location for Park Visitors!
This is a perfect place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time at the parks. While there aren’t game rooms, you honestly don’t need them—you’ll likely be out all day, then come back to eat, relax, or take a dip in the pool. I’d definitely book again!
One unique thing to note: there’s a pond behind the house, and we did spot a gator in the water. It never left the pond, but it’s a good reminder that in Florida, every body of water can have a gator—take that seriously.

Wonderful location and beautiful property! We enjoyed coming ‘home’ after long days at LEGOLAND, Disney, and the Kennedy Space Center! Beds super comfortable, boys loved the Mickey and star-wars themed bedrooms! 2 master bedrooms on mail and upper level was very nice! Private pool enjoyed! Great place to stay!!!
